FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Edina Art Center offers free Microsoft overview classes
Edina, Minn., Aug. 26, 2003 – The Edina Art Center is offering free class sessions that
teach the Microsoft Office software to beginners.
Students will learn about the dozens of innovative and fun ways in which the
software can be used, including birthday cards made in Publisher, family photo
albums in Power Point, budgets in Excel and holiday letters in Word. The sessions
are a great introduction to the Microsoft Series classes offered at the Art Center
beginning in September.
The two free overview classes will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 10,
and from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 11.
The Edina Art Center is located at 4701 W. 64th St., one mile west of Southdale on
the northwest corner of Kenneth Rosland Park (formerly Lake Cornelia Park). Call
