RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
GALLAGHER DRIVE ROADWAY AND
NINE MILE CREEK REGIONAL TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS
IMPROVEMENT NO. BA-382
WHEREAS, at the request of Edina City Engineer, report have been prepared by
consultant with reference to the proposed Improvement No. BA-382, the improvement of
Gallagher Drive Roadway and Nine Mile Creek Regional Trail Improvements, and the
report is hereby received by the Council on May 1, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the report provide information regarding whether the proposed
improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the
improvement as recommended;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDINA, MINNESOTA:
1. The council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with said
report.
