HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 2012-081 Lot Division – 6240 And 6244 Brookview Avenue RESOLUTION NO. 2012-81 w91N�1r� APPROVING A LOT DIVISION OF o� @ 6240 AND 6244 BROOKVIEW AVENUE y m Ft 0 WHEREAS,the following described tract of land is requested to be divided: City Of Edina DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY SURVEYED Parcel 1 -6240 Brookview Avenue: See Attached Exhibit A Parcel 2-6244 Brookview Avenue: See Attached Exhibit A WHEREAS, the owner of the described land desires to subdivide said tract in to the following described new and separate parcels (herein called"parcels') described as follows: Parcel 1 -6240 Brookview Avenue: See Attached Exhibit A Parcel 2-6244 Brookview Avenue: See Attached Exhibit A WHEREAS, the requested lot line adjustment is authorized under Code Section 810 and it has been determined to comply with the Subdivision and Zoning Regulations of the City of Edina and do not interfere with the Subdivision and Zoning Regulations as contained in the Edina City Code Sections 810 and 850; NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of Edina, that the conveyance and ownership of the above described tracts of land as separate tracts of land are hereby approved pursuant to City Code Sections 850 and 810.04 Subd. 2, and further subject,however, to the provision that no further lot line adjustment be made of said Parcels unless made in compliance with the pertinent Ordinances of the City of Edina.
