OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
MARCH 7, 1994
ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith and
Richards.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS APPROVED Motion was made by Commissioner Smith and was
seconded by Commissioner Kelly to approve the HRA Consent Agenda items as
presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF THE HRA MEETING OF FEBRUARY 22, 1994, APPROVED_ Motion was made by
Commissioner Smith and was seconded by Commissioner Kelly to approve the HRA
Minutes of February 22, 1993.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - five ayes.
CLAIMS PAID Commissioner Smith made a motion to approve payment of HRA claims
as shown in detail on the Check Register dated March 3, 1994, and consisting
of one page totalling $16,322.75. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Rice.

Motion carried.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Chairman Richards decla d
the meeting adjourned.
