OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
MARCH 21, 1994
ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Kelly, Paulus, Rice and Smith.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS ADOPTED Motion was made by Commissioner Smith and was
seconded by Commissioner Rice to approve the HRA Consent Agenda items as
presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Paulus, Rice, Smith, Kelly
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF THE BRA MEETING OF MARCH 7. 1994. APPROVED Motion was made by
Commissioner Smith and was seconded by Commissioner Rice to approve the BRA
Minutes of March 7, 1994.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - four ayes.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Chairman Kelly clared the
meeting adjourned.
