AUGUST 15, 1994
ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith,
and Richards.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS ADOPTED Notion was made by Commissioner Smith and was
seconded by Commissioner Kelly to approve the ERA Consent Agenda items as
presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF ERA MEETING OF AUGUST 1. 1994, APPROVED Notion was made by
Commissioner Smith and was seconded by Commissioner Kelly to approve the BRA
Minutes of August 1, 1994, as presented.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - five ayes.
CLAIMS PAID Commissioner Smith made a motion to approve payment of the BRA
claims as shown in detail on the Check Register dated August 11, 1994, and
consisting of one page totalling, $4,630.48. Motion was seconded by
Commissioner Rice.

Motion carried.

the meeting adjourned.
