OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
OCTOBER 17, 1994
ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Paulus, Rice, Smith, and
Richards.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS ADOPTED Motion was made by Commissioner Smith and
seconded by Commissioner Rice to approve the BRA Consent Agenda items as
presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards.
Motion carried.

*MINUTES OF HRA MEETING OF OCTOBER 3. 1994, APPROVED Motion was made by
Commissioner Smith and was seconded by Commissioner Rice to approve the BRA
Minutes of October 3, 1994.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - four ayes.
CIAIMS PAID Commissioner Smith made a motion to approve payment of the HRA
claims as shown in detail on the Check Register dated October 13, 1994, and
consisting of one page totaling $87.25. Commissioner Rice seconded the
motion.

Ayes: Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
• There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Chairman Richards declared
the meeting adjourned.
