OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
DECEMBER 5, 1994
ROLLCAL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS ADOPTED Motion was made by Commissioner Paulus and was
seconded by Commissioner Smith to approve the BRA Consent Agenda items as
presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF HRA MEETING OF NOVEMBER 21, 1994, APPROVED Notion was made by
Commissioner Paulus and was seconded by Commissioner Smith to approve the HRA
Minutes of November 21, 1994, as presented.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - four ayes.
CLAIMS PAID Commissioner Smith made a motion to approve payment of the BRA
claims as shown in detail on the Check Register dated December 1, 1994, and
consisting of one page totaling $16,393.75. Commissioner Rice seconded the
motion.

Ayes: Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
• There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Chairman Richards declared
the meeting adjourned.
