DECEMBER 19, 1994
ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioner Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards.
Commissioner Kelly entered the meeting at 7:03 P.M.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS ADOPTED Notion was made by Commissioner Smith and was
seconded by Commissioner Paulus to approve the BRA Consent Agenda items as
presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF HRA MEETING OF DECEMBER 5. 1994, APPROVED Notion was made by
Commissioner Smith and was seconded by Commissioner Rice to approve the HRA
Minutes of December 5, 1994, as presented.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - five ayes.
CLAIMS PAID Commissioner Smith made a motion to approve payment of the HRA
claims as shown in detail on the Check Register dated December 14, 1994, and
consisting of one page totaling $10,044.00. Commissioner Rice seconded the
motion.

Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
• There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Chairman Richards declared
the meeting adjourned.
