HELD AT CITY HALL
JANUARY 4, 2000 - 7:00 P.M.
ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Faust, Hovland, Johnson, and
Chair Maetzold.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS APPROVED Motion made by Commissioner Johnson
and seconded by Commissioner Faust approving the Edina Housing and
Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Faust, Hovland, Johnson, Maetzold
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR DECEMBER 21, 1999, AND YEAR END
MEETING OF DECEMBER 28, 1999, APPROVED Motion made by Commissioner
Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Faust approving the Minutes of the
Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority for December 21, 1999, and for Year
End Meeting of December 28, 1999.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - four ayes.
CLAIMS PAID Motion made by Commissioner Hovland approving the Check
Register dated December 29, 1999, and consisting of one page totaling
$11,462.22. Commissioner Faust seconded the motion.

Ayes: Faust, Hovland, Johnson, Maetzold
Motion carried.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Chair Maetzold declared the
meeting adjourned at 7:04 P.M.
