HELD AT CITY HALL
JULY 15, 1996
ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Kelly, Paulus, Smith and Chairman
Richards.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS APPROVED Motion made by Commissioner Paulus and
seconded by Commissioner Kelly adopting the HRA Consent Agenda as presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF THE HRA MEETING OF JULY 1. 1996, APPROVED Motion made by
Commissioner Paulus and seconded by Commissioner Kelly approving the Minutes
of the HRA Meeting of July 1, 1996.
Motion carried on rollcall vote -four ayes.
CLAIMS PAID Commissioner Smith made a motion to approve payment of the HRA
claims as shown in detail on the Check Register dated July 10, 1996, and consisting
. of one page totaling, $5,877.61. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Paulus.

Motion carried.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Chairman Richards declared the
meeting adjourned. j
