OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
SEPTEMBER 5, 1995
ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Maetzold, Paulus, Smith, Richards.
Commissioner Kelly entered the meeting at 7:03 P.M.
CONSENT AGENDA Motion was made by Commissioner Maetzold and was
seconded by Commissioner Smith to adopt the Council Consent Agenda items as
presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Kelly, Maetzold, Paulus, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
`MINUTES OF THE HRA MEETING OF August 21, 1995, APPROVED Motion was made
by Commissioner Maetzold and was seconded by Commissioner Smith to approve
the HRA Minutes of August 21, 1995.
Motion carried on rollcall vote -five ayes.
CLAIMS PAID Commissioner Kelly made a motion to approve payment of the HRA
claims as shown in detail on the Check Register dated August 30, 1995, and
• consisting of one page totaling $19,960.77. Motion was seconded by Commissioner
Smith.

Ayes: Kelly, Maetzold, Paulus, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Chairman Richards d lared the
meeting adjourned.
