HELD AT CITY HALL
AUGUST 21, 2001

ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Housh, Hovland, Masica and Vice
Chair Kelly.
CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED Motion made by Commissioner Masica and
seconded by Commissioner Housh approving the Edina Housing and
Redevelopment Authority Consent Agenda as presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Housh, Hovland, Masica, Kelly
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF AUGUST 7, 2001, APPROVED Motion
made by Commissioner Masica and seconded by Commissioner Housh
approving the Minutes of the Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority for
August 7, 2001.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - four ayes.
*CONFIRMATION OF CLAIMS PAID Motion made by Commissioner Masica and
seconded by Commissioner Housh approving payment of claims dated August 9,
2001, and consisting of one page totaling $84,957.14; and for approval of
payment of claims dated August 13, 2001, and consisting of one page totaling
$35,422.95.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - four ayes.
There being no further business on the Edina Housing and Rede elopment Authority
agenda, Chair Maetzold declared the meeting adjourned.,
