REGULAR MEETING OF THE
EDINA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
HELD ON SEPTEMBER 4, 2001,
7:00 P.M.
ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Housh, Hovland, Kelly, Masica and
Chair Maetzold.
CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED Motion made by Commissioner Masica and
seconded by Commissioner Kelly approving the Edina Housing and
Redevelopment Authority Consent Agenda as presented with the exception of the
Minutes of August 21, 2001.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Housh, Hovland, Kelly, Masica, Maetzold
Motion carried.
MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF AUGUST 21, 2001, APPROVED
Commissioner Housh stated the Minutes of August 21, 2001, should be corrected to
read "Vice Chair Kelly declared the meeting adjourned".
Motion made by Commissioner Masica and seconded by Commissioner Kelly
approving the Minutes of the Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority for
August 21, 2001.
Motion carried on rollcall vote —five ayes.
*CLAIMS PAID Motion made by Commissioner Masica and seconded by
Commissioner Kelly approving payment of claims dated August 22, 2001, and
consisting of one page totaling $58,456.89; and for approval of payment of claims
dated August 30, 2001, and consisting of one page totaling $399,235.00.
Motion carried on rollcall vote —five ayes.
There being no further business on the Edina Housing and Redevel anent Authority
agenda, Chair Maetzold declared the meeting adjourne .
