OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
HELD ON DECEMBER 412001

ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Housh, Hovland, Kelly, Masica,
and Chair Maetzold.
CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED Motion made by Commissioner Housh and
seconded by Commissioner Hovland approving the Edina Housing and
Redevelopment Authority Consent Agenda as presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Housh, Hovland, Kelly, Masica, Maetzold
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF NOVEMBER 20, 2001, APPROVED
Motion made by Commissioner Housh and seconded by Commissioner Hovland
approving the Minutes of the Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority for
November 20, 2001.
Motion carried on rollcall vote —five ayes.
*CONFIRMATION OF CLAIMS PAID Motion made by Commissioner Housh and
seconded by Commissioner Hovland approving payment of claims dated
November 21, 2001, and consisting of one page totaling $27,134.38; and for
confirmation of payment of claims dated November 29, 2001, and consisting of
one page totaling, $142,971.80.
Motion carried on rollcall vote —five ayes.
There being no further business on the Edina Housing and Rede elopment Authority
Agenda, Chair Maetzold declared the meeting adjourned.
