Answering rollcall were Commissioners Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith and Chairman
Richards.
MINUTES of the HRA Meeting of November 20, 1989 were approved as submitted by
motion of Commissioner Smith, seconded by Commissioner Paulus.
Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, the meeting was adjourned by
motion of Commissioner Smith, seconded by Commissioner Rice. Motion r'ed.
