OF HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF EDINA
MARCH 2, 1981
7:00 P.M.
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Edina met at 7:00 p.m. in the
Edina City Council Chambers. Present were Commissioners Bredesen, Richards,
Schmidt, Turner and Courtney.
Minutes of December 1, 1980, January 26 and February 2, 1981, were approved
as submitted by motion of Commissioner Schmidt, seconded by Commissioner Rich-
ards and carried.
Hearing date for public hearing on a proposed senior citizen housing project
in Southeast Edina was set for April 6, 1981, at 7:00 p.m. by motion of
Commissioner Schmidt, seconded by Commissioner Bredesen and carried unanimously.
Commissioner Schmidt offered the following resolution and moved its adopt-
ion:
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED that the terms of office of the Edina Housing and Redevelop-
ment Authority be and are hereby made coterminous with the terms of office
of the Edina City Council.
Motion for adoption of the resolution was seconded by Commissioner Richards
and unanimously carried.
No further business appearing, Commissioner Richards' motion for adjourn-
ment was seconded by Commissioner Turner and carried.
