• Answering rollcall were Commissioners Kelly, Paulus, Rice and Chairman Richards.
MINUTES of the HRA Meeting of September 17, 1990, were approved as submitted by
motion of Commissioner Rice, seconded by Commissioner Kelly.
Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Richards
Motion carried.
BID AWARDED FOR CENTENNIAL LAKES CONDOMINIUMS - PHASE IV PARKING LOT Commissioner
Kelly made a motion for award of bid for Centennial Lakes Condominiums - Phase IV
Parking Lot to recommended low bidder, Valley Blacktopping, at $11,970.00.
Motion was seconded by Commissioner Rice.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Richards
Motion carried.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, motion of Commission elly
for adjournment was seconded by Commissioner Rice.
