OF HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF EDINA
NOVEMBER 2, 1981
7:00 P.M.
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Edina met at 7 :00 p.m. in the Edina
City Council Chambers. Present were Members Bredesen, Schmidt, Turner and
Courtney.
MINUTES
of October 5 and 19, 1981, were approved as submitted by motion of
Member Schmidt, seconded by Member Turner.
Ayes: Bredesen, Schmidt, Turner, Courtney
Nays: None
Motion carried.
H.R.A./CITY OF EDINA LOAN AGREEMENT AMENDED. Mr. Rosland presented an
amendment to the H.R.A./City of Edina Loan Agreement which provides that,
after January 1, 1982, the interest to be paid by the H.R.A. on Allocated
Funds shall be adjusted to a rate which will be more equitable with current
interest rates. No objections being heard, Member Bredesen 'offered the fol-
lowing resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority that the
Loan Agreement between the City of Edina and the Edina Housing and Redevelop-
ment Authority of Edina be amended as to interest rates .
Motion for adoption of the resolution was seconded by Member Schmidt.
