Answering rollcall were Members Bredesen, Richards, Schmidt and Courtney.
MINUTES of April 5, 1982, were approved as submitted by motion Bredesen,
seconded by Member Schmidt.
GIERTSON COMPANY SUIT NOTED. Mr. Rosland advised that a suit had been
brought against the City by the Giertson Company which involves property
in the 50th and France Business District. The matter has been referred
to the City Attorney. No action was taken.
No further business appearing, Member Schmidt's motion for adjournment
was seconded by Member Richards and carried. Adjournment at 7:05 p.m.
