EDINA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
JUNE 2, 1986
Answering rollcall were Commissioners Bredesen, Kelly, Turner and Courtney.
MINUTES of the HRA Meetings of May 5 and 19, 1986, were approved as submitted by
motion of Commissioner Turner, seconded by Commissioner Kelly.
Ayes: Bredesen, Kelly, Turner, Courtney
Motion carried.
BID AWARDED FOR EDINBOROUGH PARKING DECK. Mr. Rosland presented tabulations of
bids for the Edinborough Parking Deck as follows:

Staff recommends award to the low bidders for Packages I, III, IV and V;
that Package VI should be rejected and re-bid as it is substantially over
budget and that the award of Package II be postponed pending the results of a
redesign of the planting areas. Commissioner Kelly's motion was seconded by
Commissioner Turner for award of bid to recommended low bidders Earthwork/
Concrete to Bor.-Son Construction at $733,900; Storm Sewer to Nova/Frost at
$9,670; Metal Work to Stanley Iron Works at $35,130; Painting to Commercial
Coating at $4,500; that all bids for Package VI-Electrical be rejected that
that it be re-bid and that the award of Package II-Landscape be held pending
redesign of the planing areas.
Ayes: Bredesen, Kelly, Turner, Courtney
Motion carried.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, motion of Commissioner 'burner
