EDINA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
AUGUST 17, 1987
Answering rollcall were Commissioners Kelly, Richards, Smith and Courtney.
MINUTES of the HRA Meeting of August 3, 1987 were approved as submitted by motion
of Commissioner Kelly, seconded by Commissioner Smith.
Ayes: Kelly, Richards, Smith, Courtney
Motion carried.
BIDS AWARDED FOR EDINBOROUGH CONDOMINIUMS PHASES 6 & 7 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS.
Manager Rosland presented bids for Phases 6 & 7 Edinborough Condominiums Public
Improvements showing recommended low bidders as follows: Irrigation-Green Acres
Sprinkler at $18,247.00, Landscape-Noble Nursery at $101.079.50, Paving-H.L.
Johnson at $14,825.00, Carpentry-Lakeland Nursery at $16,020.00 and Courtyard
Drains-Wenzel Mechanical at $11,400.00. Motion of Commissioner Kelly was seconded
by Commissioner Smith for award of bids to recommended low bidders as presented.
Ayes: Kelly, Richards, Smith, Courtney
Motion carried.
BID AWARDED FOR PHASE 2 OUTDOOR PARK-EDINBOROUGH. Manager Rosland presented bids
for Phase 2 Outdoor Park-Edinborough showing recommended low bidders as follows:
Landscape-Noble Nursery at $17,347.70, Concrete-C.R. Brazier at $23,700.00 and
Electrical-Electric Service Co. at $8.075.00. Motion of Commissioner Smith was
seconded by Commissioner Richards for award of bids to recommended low bidders as
presented.
Ayes: Kelly, Richards, Smith, Courtney
Motion carried.
