OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
MARCH 18, 1991
ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith and
Richards.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS ADOPTED Motion vas made by Commissioner Smith and was
seconded by Commissioner Kelly to approve and adopt the HRA Consent Agenda
items as presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF MARCH 4. 1991 APPROVED Motion was made by
Commissioner Smith and was seconded by Commissioner Kelly to approve the HRA
Minutes of March 4, 1991.
Motion carried on rollcall vote, five ayes.
*CLAIMS PAID Motion vas made by Commissioner Smith and vas seconded by
Commissioner Kelly to approve payment of the following HRA claims as shown in
detail on the Check Register dated 3/18/91 and consisting of one page
totalling $93,490.46.
• Motion carried on rollcall vote, five ayes.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Chairman Ric r declared
the meeting adjourned.
