OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
JUNE 3, 1991
ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Kelly, Paulus, Rice, and
Richards . (Commissioner Smith entered the meeting at 7 :11 P.M. ) .
Chairman Richards announced that HRA Agenda Item II. - Rebate of Excess Tax
Increments - Edina School District would be moved to the Council Agenda for
action by the City Council.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS ADOPTED Motion was made by Commissioner Rice and was
seconded by Commissioner Paulus to approve and adopt HRA Consent Agenda items
as presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Richards
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF MAY 20, 1991, ADOPTED Motion was made by
Commissioner Rice and was seconded by Commissioner Paulus to approve the HRA
Minutes of May 20, 1991.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - four ayes.
*CLAIMS PAID Motion was made by Commissioner Rice and was seconded by
Commissioner Paulus to approve payment of the following HRA claims as shown in
detail on the Check Register dated 6/3/91, and consisting of one page
totalling $59,341.20.
Motion carried on rollcall vote, four ayes.
