OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
JUNE 17, 1991
ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Paulus, Rice, Smith and
Richards.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS ADOPTED Notion was made by Commissioner Rice and was
seconded by Commissioner Paulus to adopt HRA Consent Agenda items as
presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF JUNE 3 1991 ADOPTED Notion was made by
Commissioner Rice and was seconded by Commissioner Paulus to approve the HRA
Minutes of June 3, 1991.
Motion carried on rollcall vote, five ayes.
*CLAIMS PAID Motion was made by Commissioner Rice and was seconded by
Commissioner Paulus to approve payment of the following HRA claims as shown in
detail on the Check Register dated 6/17/91, and consisting of two pages
totalling, $224,648.67.
Motion carried on rollcall vote, five ayes.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Chairman Richards decl ed
the meeting adjourned.
