OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
JULY 15, 1991
ROL CALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Paulus, Rice, Smith and
Richards.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS ADOPTED Motion was made by Commissioner Smith and was
seconded by Commissioner Paulus to adopt HRA Consent Agenda items as
presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Paulus, Rice, Smith and Richards
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF JULY 1. 1991 APPROVED Notion was made by
Commissioner Smith and was seconded by Commissioner Paulus to approve BRA
Minutes of July 1, 1991.
Motion carried on rollcall vote, four ayes.
*CLAIMS PAID Notion was made by Commissioner Smith and was seconded by
Commissioner Paulus to approve payment of the following HRA claims as shown in
detail on Check Register dated July 15, 1991, and consisting of two pages
totalling, $77,865.39.
Motion carried on rollcall vote, four ayes.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Chairman ichards declared
. the meeting adjourned.
