CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS ADOPTED Notion was made by Commissioner Kelly and was
seconded by Commissioner Paulus to approve BRA Consent Agenda items as
presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF DECEMBER 16 1991 APPROVED Notion was made by
Commissioner Kelly and was seconded by Commissioner Paulus to approve BRA
Minutes of December 16, 1991.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - five ayes.
*BID AWARDED - EXCAVATION OF CENTENNIAL LAKES CONDOMINIUMS 5 & 6 Notion was
made by Commissioner Kelly and was seconded by Commissioner Paulus for award
of bid for the excavation of Centennial Lakes Condominiums 5 & 6 to
recommended low bidder, Ingram Excavating at $14,000.00.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - five ayes.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Chairman Richa s declared
