ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith,
Richards.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS ADOPTED Notion was made by Commissioner Rice and was
seconded by Commissioner Smith to approve BRA Consent Agenda items as
presented.

Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF MARCH 16, 1992. APPROVED Notion was made by
Commissioner Rice and was seconded by Commissioner Smith to approve HBA
Minutes of March 16, 1992.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - five ayes.
*BIDS AWARDED - CENTENNIAL LARKS CONDOMINIUMS PHASE 5 & 6 IMPROVEMENTS Notion
was made by Commissioner Rice and was seconded by Commissioner Smith for award
of the following recommended bids:

*CLAIMS PAID Notion was made by Commissioner Rice and was seconded by
Commissioner Smith to approve payment of the following claims as shown in
detail on the BRA Check Register dated April 6, 1992, and consisting of one
page totalling $30,445.09.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - five ayes.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Cha, n R hards declared
the meeting adjourned.
