MAY 18, 1992
ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Kelly, Paulus, Rice, and
Richards. Commissioner Smith entered the meeting at 7:17 P.M.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS ADOPTED Motion was made by Commissioner Kelly and was
seconded by Commissioner Paulus to approve the ERA Consent Agenda items with
the exception of HRA Item II. Award of Bid - Park Centrum Sign.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Richards
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF MAY 4, 1992, APPROVED Motion was made by
Commissioner Kelly and was seconded by Commissioner Paulus to approve KRA
Minutes of May 4, 1992.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - five ayes.
BID AWARDED - PARK CENTRUM SIGN Commissioner Rice informed the HRA he had
asked to have this item removed from the Consent Agenda to ask about the
designation "Park Centrum". No discussion ensued. Member Rice made a motion
for award of bid for the Centennial Lakes Park Centrum sign to recommended low
bidder, Nordquist Signs, at $7,200.00. Motion was seconded by Member Smith.

Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
*CLAIMS PAID Motion was made by Commissioner Kelly and was seconded by
Commissioner Paulus to approve payment of the following BRA claims as shown in
detail on the Check Register dated May 14, 1992, and consisting of one page
totalling $25,280.52.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - four ayes.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Chairman Aic1lards declared
the meeting adjourned.
