OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
JANUARY 4, 1993
ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith and
Richards.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS APPROVED Motion was made by Commissioner Smith and was
seconded by Commissioner Rice to approve the HRA Consent Agenda items as
presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF DECEMBER 21, 1992, APPROVED Motion was made by Commissioner Smith
and was seconded by Commissioner Rice to approve HRA Minutes of December 21,
1992.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - five ayes.
*CLAIMS PAID Motion was made by Commissioner Smith and was seconded by
Commissioner Rice to approve payment of HRA claims as shown in detail on the
Check Register dated December 30, 1992, and consisting of one page totalling,
$14,166.67.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - five ayes.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Chairman Richards declared
the meeting adjourned.
