OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND EVELOPMBNT AUTHORITY
JULY 6, 1993
ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith and
Richards.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEILS APPROVED Motion was made by Commissioner Smith and was
seconded by Commissioner Kelly to approvi the HRA Consent Agenda items as
presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith, Ric ards
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF HRA MEETING OF JUNE 21 1993 APPROVED Notion was made by
Commissioner Smith and was seconded by Commissioner Kelly to approve the BRA
Minutes of June 21, 1993.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - five ayes.
*CLAIMS PAID Motion was made by Commiss over Smith and was seconded by
Commissioner Kelly to approve payment of BRA claims as shown in detail on the
Check Register dated June 30, 1993, and monsisting of one page totalling,
$21,750.97.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - five ayes.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Chairman Richards declared
• the meeting adjourned.
