OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
AUGUST 2, 1993
ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith and
Richards.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS APPROVED Motion was made by Commissioner Smith and was
seconded by Commissioner Kelly to approve the HRA Consent Agenda items as
presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF HRA MEETING OF JULY 19, 1993, APPROVED Motion was made by
Commissioner Smith and was seconded by Commissioner Kelly to approve the HRA
Minutes of July 19, 1993.
Motion carried on rollcall vote e five ayes.
*CLAIMS PAID Motion was made by Commissioner Smith and was seconded by
Commissioner Kelly to approve payment of HRA claims as shown in detail on the
Check Register dated July 28, 1993, and consisting of one page totalling,
$14,781.96.
Motion carried on rollcall vote e five ayes.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Chairman Richards declared
