OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
AUGUST 16, 1993
ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Kelly, Paulus, Rice, and
Richards.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS APPROVED Motion was made by Commissioner Paulus and was
seconded by Commissioner Rice to approve the HRA Consent Agenda items as
presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Richards
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF THE BRA MEETING OF AUGUST 2. 1993, APPROVED Motion was made by
Commissioner Paulus and was seconded by Commissioner Rice to approve the HRA
Minutes of August 2, 1993.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - four ayes.
*CLAIMS PAID Motion was made by Commissioner Paulus and was seconded by
Commissioner Rice to approve payment of ERA claims as shown in detail on the
Check Register dated August 11, 1993, and consisting of one page totalling,
$1,711.00.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - four ayes.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Chairman Richard declared
the meeting adjourned.
