OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
DECEMBER 6, 1993
ROLLCALL Answering rollcall were Commissioners Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith,
and Richards.
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS APPROVED Motion was made by Commissioner Rice and was
seconded by Commissioner Kelly to approve the HRA Consent Agenda items as
presented.
Rollcall:
Ayes: Kelly, Paulus, Rice, Smith, Richards
Motion carried.
*MINUTES OF THE HRA MEETING OF NOVEMBER 15, 1993, APPROVED Notion was made by
Commissioner Rice and was seconded by Commissioner Kelly to approve the BRA
Minutes of November 15, 1993.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - five ayes.
*CLAIMS PAID Motion was made by Commissioner Rice and was seconded by
Commissioner Kelly to approve payment of BRA claims as shown in detail on the
Check Register dated December 2, 1993, and consisting of one page totalling
$21,299.00.
Motion carried on rollcall vote - five ayes.
There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, Chairman Richards declared
the meeting adjourned.
